Leaders & Teachers
The 1442 Church of Christ has been blessed with several men and families who take responsibility for teaching God's Word, both publicly and privately. We are thankful for the example in Scripture of the church at Antioch, which had many teachers (Acts 13:1; 15:35).
Todd Shores
Todd has been teaching God's Word for decades. He worked as an evangelist for several years, traveling and working in God's kingdom. He and his wife Jill have six kids and several grandchildren.
Josh Shores
Josh has been teaching God's Word for several years. He and his wife Haley are active in the work of the congregation.
Scott Durbin
Scott has been teaching God's Word for many years. He and his wife Jennifer have three kids, and their two sons, Michael and Daniel, also lead singing and teach.
Blake Bledsoe
Blake has been teaching God's Word for several years. He and his wife Rebekah both work at Orangefield ISD.
Quinton Perkins
Quinton and his wife Lori have been members of the congregation for many years and have been a positive influence on everyone.
Cody Michael
Cody has led singing in our congregation for decades and continues in that role regularly. He and his wife Cristin have three sons.
